The Danish diet lasting 13 days is intended for detoxification of the body, but also for weight loss. Guarantees a loss of up to 10 pounds in less than two weeks, but only if you stick to the menu because if you make a mistake you have to go back to the first day of the diet!

After this child, the effect will not already happen, and if you stop it, you should not start it again for at least 3 months.

Only 600 kcal

Danish diets are called Danish hospital diets. It is based on particularly strict rules and limitations that not only lose unwanted kilograms but also improve metabolism and reduce cellulite. The key to success of a Danish child is a significant reduction in fat and carbohydrate consumption and a low daily calorie intake of about 600 kcal. This diet prohibits certain types of fruits, potatoes, sugar, pasta and cereal products and recommends moderate consumption of eggs, meat, salads, fish and coffee.

The main disadvantage of this baby is that the body does not get all the nutrients it needs and so it is recommended that it lasts only 13 days to avoid damaging the body. This diet is not recommended for those who do mental and physical affairs to the sick or those who have recently been ill because they weaken the immune system. The advantage of this baby is to speed up metabolism, ensure fat loss and ensure that the kilograms will not return for another two years. Before carrying out this or similar restrictive child, be sure to consult a physician and nutritionist.

Nutritionist Mirje Jošić comments: “The Danish dieting is caloric intake in a low energy intake (VLCD) diet, which is why it must be carried out with professional help. Diet certainly allows for weight loss, however because of the extreme restriction the risk of the already-already effect is great. Also, the hypothesis that diet will accelerate metabolism should be taken with skepticism because such restrictive programs in fact result in slowing down metabolism. Incredible breakfast makes it more difficult for you to keep up on the diet because you will be getting hungry and trying to control the intake of food fast. Due to the restriction there is a deficiency of vitamins and minerals, so it is necessary to take the multivitamin-mineral preparation along with the diet. ”
