How to Detox in only 1 Day


In search for a quick way to detox your liver and gallbladder? Look no farther, here you can find out how you can effectively do that, in a day. All you need is a day off from household problems and also, from work. Choose a weekend day and try it. You’ll lose weight and your face will look younger and fresh.
I bet that made you interested? And no, it’s not a joke, you can actually clean your organism in a day with a few ingredients, you most probably already have in your kitchen. Try to do it in a day when you can use the bathrooms quite often and rest enough. Repeat the following, 3 times, in one day:
Ingredients: 1/2 Red Grapefruit, 1/4 small lemon, small clove grated garlic (don’t worry, you are not going anywhere today), 1 – 2 Tablespoons first cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Directions: Cut the half grapefruit in 4 slices and cut the rind off. Slice lemon and do the same. Throw the chunks of citrus in the blender. Add grated garlic (optional) and olive oil. Blend at low speed and drink. The lemon and grapefruit pulp contains bioflavinoids (Vitamin C complex), but if you prefer to strain pulp out, do so.
You should not eat anything else in this day. Also, you should stay at home because you’ll need to go to the bathroom a few times.
It can help if:
The day before and the day after, eat lighter food.
When you do the detox, try to lay down on your right side.
Another way you can do this is to spread it on 3 days. The grapefruit lemon olive oil drink is taken morning and evening and, in between, herb teas, vegetable broth and raw vegetable juice provide sustenance.
